Do the work that actually matters.
If you love young children, believe in Montessori, and want to teach somewhere calm, supported, and genuinely warm — we would love to hear from you.
A school built for children — and for teachers
The same things that make LSAOC a wonderful place for children make it a good place to work: prepared, orderly classrooms; small, close communities; and the time to do the job well. Our teachers move quietly, crouch to a child's level, and are trusted as professionals.
We have served Orange County families since 2016, and many of our teachers have grown with us for years. If that is where you want to build a career, we should talk.
